AVXL- Could be related to the other company in part but I think the Rett's trial starting soon with a grant paying for most of it and the other 2 trials gearing up is also a factor. Avxl was a victim of the short and distort gang when it ran up to $15 quickly. They look for companies doing great and then working together the release fake negative news, bashers show up on the message boards and twitter starts as well, with big gains it's not hard to get the selling started. I think the few bashers now are straggler shorts day trading, if they can get a few percent intraday it adds up.
