I do not think there will be a merger either. I believe Kalitta will run his cargo business thru Baltia either by an arrangement or by a buyout of Baltia. Conrad did not step down from the BOD unless there was benefit for him to do so.
His expertise is in cargo which can only help Baltia.
I guess we'll find out in April
