That's pretty scathing by the judge, I didn't see the document but that is definitely not what I was hoping for.
I would hope that it can be proved in court the loan has been paid back with interest and if owed judgement it is a reasonable amount. There has to be some limit on financial gain from a lender.
Now on the super shitty side of it, if they get awarded some crazy $$ amount and force HJOE into a bankruptcy that would fucking suck.
