Yes - we don't know the parameters of the deal
What if Illuminate and Nanotech 4K split into a 50/50 deal and we got half of the public company. Would that be bad?
What if Swig and NTEK merged 50/50 and we got half. Would that be bad? Or if Lightning Media joined and made it 33/33/33.
And the results for both were successful companies with decent stock values. Is anyone here still complaining?
The fact is that NTEK/SWIG have obviously been working together for over a year, and they and illuminate just announced that we will have a future together.
Our machines moved to Illuminate and we vacated some San Fran offices last year - indicates that illuminate is the going concern, yet we may be the 4K Tech future. Let's hope that is worth 50%.
Same for SWIG/NTEK. We are Swig TV. We are the last mile and David is back in the saddle. SWIG on the other hand is the 75% reduced price greater performing cloud and a developed back office.
