We don't know everything going on behind the scene. I know that we have some talented people who could go and make more money else where that ntek would like to retain. I know ntek is not financially well off because if they were they could have given cash bonuses to deserving employees who in turn could buy back shares on open market if they believed in their company's future. So how do you retain the people who have contributed to current progress ? You give them shares with hopes there will be incentive to grow the pps through their individual success. Motivation if you will. Everyone knows how resistant I and others were about a r/s and what happens to pps following it. Why did they get into huge debt problems to necessitate dilution after dilution. There has to be a real return on investment for every move they make. If they hire a bunch of people is it to take advange of an income producing opportunity that can be generated right away or do you have to fund it with hopes of future revenue?
