I agree with you NTGL share distribution is very important and long overdue.
That being said imho DF wants NTGL to at a minimum be on the cusp of generating income before the distribution takes place. The brokerage firms that will be liable to buy in the shares they are short need to see that NTGL has a promising future and it will likely cost them more to hold off than it will to but the shares they are short ASAP. If DF is able to accomplish that the brokerage firms will be competing with investors who are also looking to build positions at ground floor levels. It is important for everyone to understand there are no real shares available at this time as those who own them are not parting with them at the present .0071 manipulated asking price. The float is tiny and the short is growing weekly as a few of us continue to accumulate as we are able. Understand that patience is required because the first priority imho is to expand Ultraflix's library. Once that is done, all litigation settled, audited financials filed the focus can be on NTGL but until then a full court press is necessary to get NTEK's house in order. FWIW as an aside I am happy to see employees being given a stake in the company. Early on Apple employees are all millionaires and I want the same for our employees as well. Go NTEK!!!
