Maybe I missed it but where does it say they are agreeing to be compensated SOLELY by stock? If they are not taking a salary and only receiving stock then I think that's great and shows commitment. If they are getting a salary AND getting EXTRA stock then that just shows company is using shareholders to reward employees/management for what exactly?? Huge drop in PPS??
