There's no chance that it'll be 1:1,000. Having 10 million O/S is extremely dangerous from many angles. The R/S will likely be well under 1:100. I think 1:20 or 1:50 would be the best scenarios. 1:20 puts us at close to 500 million shares, still a bit high, but 1:50 puts is right at 200 million. That would be a great platform to increase the SP to uplist. And as you mentioned, if there are any convertibles, then adding them to 200 mill won't be any significant dilution.
I'm glad Tony understands that a R/S is a very good move at this stage when we're so close to the mini evac.
