With only 10 million shares outstanding after a 1/1000 RS this gives plenty of room for growth. Because with funding we'll probable issue debt that has a convertible feature. We will have a low supply so we keep the demand HIGH. WE are now able to move forward, I believe the new company will be certified in 6 months.
