The assets are worth probably a minimum of $50 mil

The assets are worth probably a minimum of $50 million dollars, the current market cap is 2 million. Shares at this price are a gift. I was told very early on in my real estate career that "if the deal is right, the money is always there" The question is how good of a deal will we get?- but ANY deal at this point is better than where we are now, so although I have no idea how much the stock price will go up, I know it has to be more than 3 cents. If they filed bankruptcy tomorrow and sold everything and paid off the debt, the shareholders would still get more than 3 cents a share. ESS alone is probably worth $30 million today.
