As of June 30, 2012, a total of 94,968,905 of the Company’s common stock (shares) are outstanding and held by approximately 1165 shareholders.   Of this amount, approximately 49,134,000shares are unrestricted, approximately 5,838,000 shares are restricted securities held by non-affiliates, and the remaining approximately 43,296,000 shares are restricted securities held by affiliates. These shares may only be sold in accordance with Rule 144. As of June 30, 2012, there were 5,719,754 warrants and 41,277,500 stock options to purchase the Company’s Common Stock outstanding.
