Ascenta has been active in trials longer but they don't seem to be ahead. Also - a few of their phI trials were terminated - this would indicate toxicity as issue except they were chemo-combo trials so might have been known chemo drug or their new agents might have had interaction and enhanced toxicity effect of other drug(s). They have a lot of fingers in their pie - Sanofi, Swiss Debiopharm, Ascentage Pharma. Their technology reminds me more of the late90s nutlin model but this is just with extreme cursory review - I have not spent time looking at their science yet - but will if I ever get my Christmas work done - which actually isn't looking promising at this point...
Anyway - here is their clinical trials list for the US. Don't have time to grab EMA one yet but I'll try to do that later: http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?ter...rch=Search
