I 100% agree, and Go NTEK! The pps has been falling even before the dilution (thankfully it has ceased lately). Shorting is the number one reason pps has been falling for 3+ years now. Sure there may be other reasons but remember, back when pps was .17 prior to the 25/1 split we didn't even know about ultraflix.
Strangely, there has been selling at the lows for years now, even when we got the Paramount news, still, selling at 52 week lows. Those calling for news ... news doesn't seem to matter.
Here I go again, who sells at a 52 week low over and over again? PPS manipulators / shorts is the answer. I was 100% for the split, why? because could you imagine if the shorts brought the pps below .01. We could buy such a large percentage of a company full of upside with little money. Shorts cannot go there, what a risk. Possibly why we are holding strong here.
I'd like to here Alan answer the original question. He sure knows more than I do. I've never dealt with this stuff before.
