Great recent example of Stochastics in acton:
Ive watched SGLB for years:
If investors used Stochastics, they would have bought SGLB (line under 20) last december, sold last week (line above 80), and made a profit.
As you can tell, its not always accurate by itself because it went under 20 in august, but the price didnt move up.
I dont use Fast Stochastic's. Too many false indicators.
I use Slow Stochastic as found on stockcharts.com
