Muse's recent tweets are validating the point that a R/S is NOT needed. The share structure will be below 1 billion, it is only a matter of time. Shares will be reclaimed and retired. We know for of yesterday SI alone was holding 1.5 billion TPAC common shares and will transfer them back for de-authorization when the merger happens. Merger being when TPAC transfers to a WY entity. That is NOT including any shares held by AA, which could be hundreds of millions, if not billions more. I am under the impression that TPAC has more than 1.5 billion shares ready for retirement. My guess is around 2.5 billion. One those shares come off the market, this stock will be at least 50 percent leaner.
