If the company is in the process of retiring at last 1.5 billion shares, maybe more, then let the company do that. It is very clear that the company has a plan and it is executing it right now. Let's wait until the 10k,10q, and 8k's come out. We will know much more when those filings come out. If the company retires over 50 percent of the share structure (75 percent being the goal) then there will be no need for a R/S.
