10Q highlights: Investors love a clean balance sheet!
$NHMD has moved significantly towards this while moving into RETAIL DISTRIBUTION this February
Net Profit: 1,100,336
* Assets of $404k, cash of $30k
* Liabilities reduced from 2.8 million to only $868k , ( of which the majority due
to CFO and related parties ) .
**** STOCKHOLDER DEFICIT IMPROVED from a deficit of 2.4 million
to only $463k
These 10q's really do get better every quarter. A great sign and healthy direction!!
---There was one small convertible taken. Finance by JSJ investments. Not worried considering what has been accomplished with the balance sheet. This amount is small and will not come due for a while. Looking over the Q, one can deduce this is likely needed for an aspect related to the upcoming roll out of product at BRISTOL FARMS grocery stores this February.
That said, these points are reassuring moving forward.
Insiders are holding all of their preferred shares since inception
ONLY DILUTION WAS FROM TOXIC NOTES WHICH WERE SATISFIED *not including the small recent note. financing by JSJ $85,500
Share structure looks like 331 million and still 500 million A/S
