Order of cases from HJOE to present day with KBM as Plaintiff. How these fuckers continue to be allowed to clog up court dockets, many times with the same judges and on most occasions with the same outcome, no trial, dismissal by KBM or settlement, is beyond me. HJOE is the ONLY one with the nut sack to fire back. Let's hope its a landmark win for all micro cap companies.
