The delay makes no difference to Hjoe and us shareholders at this time.
Here's the reason: many company's operate privately and grow until they decide to go public. then and IPO is listed and everyone and their distant cousin are in on it. When it hits market there is already a premium built into the price. it sky rockets in just a couple days of trading. While everyone is jumping in forcing the price up those who got first dibs pre market are dumping. Here's our advantage.
Although we were common shareholders buying the stock already listed. We are going to be the ones who profit emensely once the company goes public again.
The debt will be settled, form 10 submitted and company audit/current. MM's will make the market. As they will want to be in the action. The will get buyers ready to buy our shares at a premium. Just like they do with blue chip.
my guess? not only will they be trading again but probably in a higher tier. Simple reason; the company's growth will reflect the adjusted pps. we aren't going to open in 00's more like in the 10's. of pennys. While everyone scrambles to get a piece of the pie..pps is going to sky rocket coupled with the short coverage. What do you think we'll be doing? (Grin)
