What a load of garbage. Everyone knew that CTIX wasn't lying. Starting an article with "Empty Offices" was an obvious lie. No one needed the Ashcroft Firm to tell us that this was a real company with real drugs and real clinical trials. "The company was vindicated"? The company should not have needed vindication, because it had done nothing wrong. It was merely attacked by a syndicate of avowed short sellers. The time, effort, and money spent defending an utterly frivolous lawsuit could have been used to develop the drugs more quickly. Anyone who claims to think it's just fine to haul a company into court for NO REASON is either a fool or a lying short-seller trying to defend an indefensible position.
To try to claim that this was in any way good for the company is absurd. To gloat about buying cheap shares because some investors sold at a huge loss is disgusting. For those of us who already had large positions when lying scumbags torpedoed our investment, we will not forget this.
As far as what makes me different from you -- I did not profit from the attack on the company. Clearly, by your own words (buying stock cheaply) you did. And many of us assume that you are one of the multi-identity bashers elsewhere, despite your claims not to be. Your writing style is familiar.
Go ahead, try to twist things to put yourself in a better light, now that you seem to have gone long the stock. We are not fooled.
