Res ipsa loquitur. There is NO good reason to defend the Rosen firm. What kind of person thinks that it is just fine for a company to be unjustly attacked and have its price continually attacked, so that they can buy in at a lower price?
I don’t think it’s fine. I’d prefer it if everyone in the world told the truth but that’s not how it works. In this case someone was lying. It either had to be Cellceutix or Mako/Rosen. We had an impartial third-party (Ashcroft) take our case and argue it to an impartial fourth-party (Judge) who deemed Rosen to be the liar in this case. That makes our investment thesis all the more bullet-proof. Getting more shares on the cheap is just a side effect of the process.

So...you, me and anyone else who has purchased shares since Aug 6, 2015? Anyone who held and added since then benefited from the drop and now wants to profit from the move up. What makes me different from you other than the fact that you’re a little more mad at Rosen?

We are not fooled. And every post that is made digs the hole deeper for those trying to pretend to be honest, but who confirm with each post that they applaud behavior that hurts others, as long as they themselves profit.
Again you make the claim as a CTIX investor. The company was vindicated. There are many companies that turned out to be scams because they weren’t scrutinized enough. As I said, I know, I’ve lost my shirt in them as have thousands of others. That was my reason for saying you can’t be too restrictive on what attorneys can do. Greenmail suits are just part of doing business now. Sometimes they uncover real problems, other times good companies just have to pay the toll.
What could be more honest than that appraisal?
