Think about this for a minute....and a real estate as well as an overall entrepreneurial background is my basis here, not some link....
PIXEL holdings was a shell owned by a billionaire (i think)
Billionaires open shells for a reason and if they also have a billion dollar business that has anything to do with the word "pixel" - which "shutter"stock certainly does, you would be LESS likely to give it up even if it's collecting dust at the moment....
That on its own merit is enough for me, but knowing the ownership transfer did in fact happen, tells me there was a higher and best use for Oringer to execute.
Question is why? Why do something like that when odds are whatever this new company will do with this name will be misinterpreted as connected with ORINGER....
That would make a simple shell sale seem extremely unlikely. There must have been other considerations like cobranding, and platform access. Possibly a cashless sale, in return for those 2 items.
I think the connection cannot be ignored as their is in fact benefit to both sides - more so ORINGER who may have been that big buyer just before MAY 8k....
Think about it...
