I would only sell half my shares if you gave me Apple stock (for the exact reasons you mentioned). Now if you gave me 16 million shares of SNGX I would sell every single one. I tried to come up with my best case scenario before we found the numbers out this year. I find it encouraging that he sold half and kept half. If he had kept every single share that he received that's an awful lot of stock to absorb into the market should he decide to start selling. If he had sold every share I would think he had zero confidence in the company.
I am fairly certain that there was indeed a six-month hold on the shares as he received them. I'm about 99% sure.
