Thanks to a timely intervention through a poster PM and my own thought process, it seems our visit by Janice Shelll was not the Janice Shell, but an impostor smearing her bad name with good will. I wouldn't have thought that the weasel would ever pop her head up on a real forum. Alas, the Hangout is back to normal. All's well that ends well.
