IMO, other general factors that make it a good time to be a business in America are coming together...
Trump and his pro business stance will make it better to be an American company. I mean, he's not even president and his election is bringing jobs back to America and having some, like Ford, cancel plans to move to other countries and re-investing in USA.
Trump and his pro drilling policy will increase oil supply in the USA limiting the oil price appreciation so IMO fuel prices will be limited in their increases over the years.
