I think NTEK made the mistake of broadcasting their "wish list" instead of their "yeah we can get this done without too much trouble" list.
I think before the reverse split, selling shares to continue funding operations was a lot more critical than it is now.
In order to generate interest in the company, they threw some "hype" into news releases.
Not seeing that any more. Definitely a more conservative approach
I think the company has discovered that you have to put your limited money to good use and you have to prioritize what you spend it on. Audits were not on the top of the list and shouldn't have been in my IMO. More pressing business issues than that.
Again, every time this company lets lose any information, good or bad they get trashed.
Sorry, most shareholders do not understand when bad things happen to a company they are invested in. They don't want to understand.....they just want a return on their investment on the the time table they set for themselves.
I honestly think these guys are trying to focus on the business problems at hand to make them selves successful at this point, without distraction.
Complaints from shareholders who have absolutely no desire to understand what the companies challenges are and who have no knowledge of the detailed business situation are distractions. Hate to say it ...but most of the time that is the case. No value added to the business situation.
Is it frustrating......sure it is...if you let it be. You are probably most frustrated If you are "all in" or have large amounts of money invested because you allowed yourself to get caught up in the "hype", not only from the company but fellow investors, without doing your DD. Who is really to blame for that ?
Does the company share fault for this, sure. But they're on a learning curve and and mistakes are to be expected. At times they did not help their own case either.
I also think many shareholders have unrealistic expectations on what they think was suppose to happen here....
I think in time, when they have something of substance to announce, they will do it. That has been pattern since the reverse split anyway.
And that will probably never be enough info for some. Personally I would rather have them keep the nose to the grindstone to make my investment pay off...
Just sayin....
