However, doesn't it become aggrevating to the investor when the company tells its shareholders that have had their investment devasted as much as 98% that they intend to be more open with conference calls then monthly shareholder letters to keep them appraised as to what's going on then after a couple of letters nothing more comes from it. When they say a series of PR's will be released in the coming weeks and ten months past and nothing is heard from the company is that not concerning? When we hear for three plus years they are doing audits, or gaming shares will be distributed or they are working with NFL, new content deals, etc, etc. doesn't that make for questions of what's going on justifiable? They leave us hanging out there when all that is necessary is for them to is follow through with the stated monthly newsletters to advise shareholders on the status of their reported dealings they have previously stated. Even if it's to tell us that there has been a delay or postponement or continuance. Not a difficult thing. Long shareholders will understand we aren't going anywhere even if we wanted to at this point with overwhelming losses to share value. Its very simple without divulging sensitive information.
