Guess my response to that would be....when you cant tell who your enemies are you use the same amount of caution in dealing with everybody, especially from an informational standpoint.
The reassurances are out there if you look. Just because they don't media blast them out everyday (costing them money every time they do it) doesn't mean it's happening. You just have to do a little research, not even a lot...
Said this over and over.
Shareholders and others disrespected this company all the time and all it takes is a few. To the MM an OTC company merits no respect whatsoever and should only be used as a tool to make them money...
The behavior of calling not only the company, but calling business partners as well to harass them for information IMO has been taken the point where it could interfere with the business. Another reason for the Info shutdown IMO.
And guess what...the folks who are trying sink the company know how disruptive the behavior is too and encourage it at every opportunity.
The is main reason is because the company did not make them rich on the investors time schedule. How is that the companies fault ? They did not invest your money....you did.
Admittedly some of the expectations were created by the companies media blasts of anticipated activities. Some came thru, some didn't. Happens like that in all companies.
Probably another reason why the company is limiting those types of communication IMO. Cuts down on the potentially false expectations and the 10x exaggerated expectations that shareholders create for themselves after speculative or incomplete news is released.
Shareholders don't run companies. If they did every company on the market would be broke.
All but the most studious investors have nothing more then a cursory knowledge of the business space the company is in and even less about the company operations itself.
A lot of shareholders have the arrogance to think they know more about how to run the business better than the board and the management team. That is a counter intuitive thought process.
That's why companies have management teams. Part of the reason I invest in a company is because I have confidence in the team they have running it.
This has nothing to do with respecting or disrespecting me as a shareholder or a human being or whatever. Doesn't even factor into the equation. The company doesn't even know my name and I can really care less if they do or don't. If you are truly worried about that as a top priority you might want to re-evaluate your position....respectfully.
This is about having the investment I made in their company eventually paying off in the long term. Are you worried more about that or your ego because you think you are being "disrespected"
My position is let them be to do their job so they can make me money. My personal petty gripes or even opinions about how they do their job are irrelevant for the most part. They're on the front line, not me and they want the same thing as I do. It's a win-win if they succeed.
When the company accomplishes what it needs to do to become profitable, the share price will take care of itself instead of being the meaningless MM manipulated representation of what it is now.
I apologize in advance if this offends anyone but this is just how I see it. Sorry for the long tirade.
