Jerry's done a great job taking the company to this point. That doesn't mean he's the best guy to be leading the company as it transitions from 'startup with a gleam in its eye' to an early-stage rapid-growth company. The entrepreneurial skillset is not the same as a CEO skillset. Many start-ups die because the guy who started the company refuses to phase out gracefully when it's time. This is so common there's even a name for it: Founder's Syndrome. One of the great things about the Chinese deal is that it opens the door to senior management coming in that's optimized for handling RMHB's current (and post-entrepreneurial) stage of growth.
A great entrepreneur knows when to hand the reins over. Kudos to Jerry, who seems to have done that here.
