Meetings are going on in NYC as we talk. There is NO reverse merger. Mrs Lilly Li bought control of the company via preferred stock. Jerry still has a huge amount of common shares so he wants this company to move ahead with vigor. The reason he gave up control was to gather much-needed cash to move the company forward. That's is in progress now. The February 15th date was to let the baloney quiet down while Jerry addresses the forward motion of the company without distraction. This company is in the process of becoming a GIANT in the health industry. Sit back and relax and enjoy the ride up to greater heights.
