I therfore totally disagree with your theory as to the reason why the company has been so quiet AND apparently so does our founder. I for one will side with David Foley and have total faith he will make the big changes he has promised.
The single reason I have purchased more shares within the last few days is because our founder is back and he is indicating big changes are in the offing in the way the company operations are run and promises NTEK management will no longer neglect its shareholders.
The CEO has a fiduciary duty to shareholders to increase SH value and David Foley gets this entirely and will implement the changes needed to make this a real reporting company, with truly open SH communications, and resumption of regular SH meetings.
If the company was planning on following the route you outlined, ie virtually no updates, no SH meetings, just keep quiet and let the PPS plummet, make it easy for the MM's to manipulate the pps, well IF that was their plan I would sell every share I own right now.
Luckily for NTEK SH's your theory "lets all applaud the company for being quiet and its in everyone best interest" is NOT their future plan according to our founder and for that reason I plan on adding more shares whenever possible. Why do i have so much faith he will come thru for us SH's besides the fact his is a tech genius extraordinaire? Its because DF has communicated via emails and other venues directly with SH's when he really did not need to. Now when he is back at the helm and when he actually has a fiduciary duty to shareholders do you not think he will continue to be open and communicative? Its in his DNA.
GO NTEK!! Go David Foley!! Open communications and Transparency is the only way to go.
