Actually, as painful as it is for some shareholder

Almost every time this company has announced something it intends to do before doing it, the folks attacking the company also launch an assault on the company NTEK is dealing with in an attempt to sour the deal.
Insecure shareholders also call the other company trying to find out information on the deal that the partner company could not or would not reveal, no matter how much they are harassed. That's common business sense.
You want to complain about the silence, some of the more insecure shareholders that perform this behavior might want to take a look in the mirror.
If it wasn't for that behavior, we might get a little more info...
Just because they aren't telling you they're doing it, doesn't mean that aren't doing it. They're in this to make money just like the rest of us.
I don't blame NTEK for being quiet one bit. They are doing it to defend shareholder value for the future because they understand that a manipulated share price means nothing at this point. Absolutely nothing.
Besides, do a little DD instead of expecting it to be handed to you on a silver platter and you can get a good idea of a lot of whats going on anyway...
JMHO...GLTA
