And again, the half-assed notion that the the people on Obamacare are not on it to treat serious pre--existing conditions or for preventive health care measures, that's what 'only because of fines' implies, is contra-factual and nonsensical.
Additionally, because of what we know about the prevalence of obesity, diabetes and drug dependency in the Red States, those people are going to be real upset if their health care is rescinded.
In other words, you puled what you've stated out of your ass.
