In the world of OTC, lack of revenue does not always mean stagnant share price. Like you mentioned in a few examples, there are many stocks out there with zero revenue yet have a share price of .20 cents or higher. I know of several stocks which have no products, no website, and no revenue yet have a share price of over .60 cents. How is this even possible?? I also know of stocks which have revenue, a great website, and products and only have a share price of .05 cents. Go figure!
Everything needs to add up exactly at the same time for SPCL to reach .30 cents. Investor sentiment has to be high. Investors need to believe that 'more is coming'. The company needs to tell us that 'more is coming'. Financials must show profit. Why? Because there was profit last time.
SPCL first needs momentum, and it gets that with a SEC filing.
Could SPCL reach .30 cents before the reverse split? Of course it could. ive seen it many times in worse stocks than SPCL.
