So am I understanding this right... the PPS is calculated based on "revenue" and not "net income" or "profits"...

"In accounting, revenue is the income that a business has from its normal business activities, usually from the sale of goods and services to customers. Revenue is also referred to as sales or turnover."
So the "sales" that were mentioned are considered "Revenue" which is directly used to calculate the PPS (Price Per Share) as in... "Sales" a.k.a. "Revenue" divided by Oustanding Shares?
Where does debt come into this? Some people claim they have no debt, however, the 8K seems to refer to the "Purchaser" having no debt and it seems like Solaris purchased the shares of Pixel and not the other way around...?
