I spent 45 minutes on the phone with fidelity including supervisors and there is no platform at this time whereby Fidelity will let me or anyone buy Baltia!!!!!!

You can sell all you want but you can not buy! The supervisor I spoke with listened and took notes when I told him that the 8K was filed and the recent PR on business wire provided a complete company update! He said they use a third party to verify pink sheet news and that he would open an investigation through the proper channels to see if Fidelity was getting proper information on Baltia and see if the alert could be removed! Not sure if he will do anything but the more Baltia investors that call to complain the better!
