UP TO DATE WITH 2016 INFOMRATION:
Company switched from 20oz can to 8oz can in January 2016 (8k Jan 12, 2016)
Manufacturing was moved to ABCO, which was used to launch online sales in June 2016 (8k Feb 16, 2016)
Batter Blaster co-packer approached Nate to offer production at lower costs and assist with distribution due to retailer requests (8k Aug 30, 2016)
Within a few month of moving to the new co-packer, Nate announces that Bristle Farms will be the first retail grocery store customer. Evident that this new co-packer must be serious about what retailers where making requests. (8k Dec 16, 2016
IN THE MEANTME:
Toxic debt was paid with private placement funding, by INVESTORS.
Insiders are holding all of their preferred shares since inception ONLY DILUTION WAS FROM TOXIC NOTES WHICH WERE SATISFIED, READ THE FILINGS
