I have been in SPCL for a while now and flipped PKGM a couple times. I think spcl is moving along nicely and the fins for pixelmags will be coming. I have no idea when however. I read in documents where spcl is involved with PKGM but I just didn't know how so. So this filing was a surprise to me. I don't see it as good or bad. We have to wait and see how this plays out.
Knowing the nature of otc traders this will be taken as bad im sure. The bashers are out in full force on IHUB pkgm board.
