Ive been watching SPCL and PKGM for a very long time. Ill come out of hiding for a brief moment and post my thoughts.
There seems to be some confusion in finding the actual form which mentions Pocket Games, Inc:

Pocket Games is mentioned, towards the bottom, under the 'FORM OF NOTICE OF CONVERSION" section.
This is not new. It has been around since May 15, 2016.
Pocket Games, yesterday, filed Form 15 with the SEC. This is where things become cloudy because it is new and we don't have much information to go off of, but allow me to state my opinion (pretty much a guess):
If you look close, Pocket Games filed Form 15- 12G . Although it may mean more than one thing, to me, it means PKGM is planning on terminating their registration and ceasing their reporting obligations to the SEC. A non-technical term for this is called 'going dark' (if they still use that term now a days, who knows). Of course, leaving dramatics aside, it also may NOT mean this and may simply be them reorganizing.
So why is this happening? No clue. I cant speak for the company. I can speak about what I do know.
As shown above, there is a connection of sorts between the two companies. What will happen tomorrow with PKGM? Again, who knows. From my experience, I don't see how Form 15 could cause a rise in price; unless investor excitement is there and a pump causes the PPS to rise.
Concerning SPCL, I personally don't see any red flags which concern me (not investment advice). Yes, they may do a RS, but its not a 1:40,000 which I have seen from many pump and dumps.
Ive seen companies file a Form 15, only to rescind it a week later.
Many people need to take a deep breath, relax, and just calm down. Do your own research, do not invest more than you can afford to lose, and youll be just fine. Besides, 95% of the posts in online forums are gibberish.
I always find it hilarious when a new SEC filing is released because I know the majority of investors never read them in its entirety. They open it up, look for key words such as 'Profit' and 'Debt', and then depend on other online investors to do the DD for them. This time, people are trying to find 'Pocket Games' in the SEC filing; completely ignoring the rest of the document.
