The one thing that we can not deny is that there is very few dilution taking place at this moment. It could very well signal that some serious negotiations are taking place and the convertible note holders know they can make a lot more money if it succeeds. It doesn't mean that it will, but it is in the realm of possible outcomes. If it fails, we all will know because the price can not remain at this levels and a RS will be inevitable.
