I agree we can't forget NTGL which already has a huge short to go with a tiny float. Just imagine if DF buys back a few hundred thousand shares and then tells the transfer agent to retire those shares. Can you imagine the scrambling at the DTCC? That followed by the distribution of our dividend shares will be problematical for those that are short and believe me most every brokerage firm will be short. Those brokerage firms have a fiduciary duty to buy whatever they are short in the open market. Yes DF has a few arrows in his quiver and I look forward to his being able to respond and react for the benefit of shareholders.
