"If I'm supposed to trade elsewhere, what am I to do with the nearly 12M $TPAC shares I've purchased since October, not to mention what I was holding before October?"
dont wait on Mag contacting IR and having a settlement in 2 weeks as he publicly stated on here that he would do for me. it never happened (not that i ever expected it to) nor did he ever address it further when i asked.
lilbirdy mentioned the fact that he doubled down when IR repeatedly reaffirmed the $0.01 YE price target. did IR get back to you on why they were encouraging shareholders to buy when they were also saying the shares were overvalued? or what went wrong in missing the target? or are you just supposed to accept you are a silly trader for buying an overvalued stock that insiders were pumping with false price targets?
if IR answered the simple question several have posed on here and via email - that might give us real direction on the short and mid term. if buybacks dont start imminently - an increase in the AS will be necessary for conversions to continue. company will have run out of leverage.
at this point - i am equally interested in bill's tweet earlier in response to reopening negotiations he was pursuing at the end of last year/beginning of this year prior to reconstruction. where is his leverage with a maxed out AS? if guidance in last CC was accurate with respect to SLA starting early - company may generate several hundred thousand in 4Q along with any new EIA revenues coming in. combined with whatever % the company gets after fees/commissions on MRVB trading - is it enough to secure loans to acquire and use existing revenue streams to finance long term debt?
