mag1 - from your post below: i dont recall reading in any 8K or 10Q where this was iniated by the company as the "home board." please direct shareholders to where that was decreed.

MOMT Stock Message Board
Well...Considering Mr.McKay, TPAC's CEO, initiated This Board as a "Home Board" for the Firm....You Might think that it would be "Mod'ed" by people that are in-depth with the firm and what is currently going on even to help direct people that may be New Investors....I do agree with the irony that a "Mod" would proudly Post a comment about the IR representing the Firm, (TPACMuse on Twitter...giving Daily immediate information)........"

moderators should keep discussions focused on the company and not rampant attacks on other posters, hyping/cheerleading, or bashing. pros and cons should be able to be discussed to ferret out truth from opinion and to provide alternative perspectives to counter one's own bias. that is where true learning comes from. when anything negative is eliminated - the board becomes as useless as iLie where anything positive is eliminated.

further you state:
"Quote

I didn't visit with Muse/IR when I was in the States. From what I've read on their Twitter feed over the past several days, I've concluded that visiting them would have been a waste of time (mine, not theirs)."

sp that was his opinion. you may not agree. it is a valid opinion and their comments on twitter could easily be used to argue the validity of the opinion

"And further, a Poster that has been Banned by the Firm, due to blatant harassment, of any contact and Post's on the Home Board creating completely false information for no purpose other than pure harassment becomes Applauded by this same "Mod"......Did I miss something......I'm Troubled

Quote

I have no problem with smalls' posts."

what exactly is "blatant harassment"...? is it like the lies you and others have continually to accuse me of yet never can support your contentions when pressed? where did i create "false information?" as far as purpose - mine is clear. the PPS continues to tank while OS is getting ready to max out. i am NOT getting satisfactory return on my investment. the company is NOT meeting its primary fiduciary responsibility to investors (enhance and protect shareholder value). the company has had a rather dramatic shift in business plan than the original plan that many of us long term shareholders invested in. when we asked some basic questions - we were shut out and publicly excoriated. not only does that disenfranchise long term investors, it further makes any new investor question the seriousness or legitimacy of the company when their first look is the personal attacks and rants on Twitter (let alone with the atrocious grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc). several shareholders made suggestions early on with respect to communication and helping reach the desired audiences and they were mocked.

so - i have had and still have purpose in my posts and criticism. obviously IR has not attracted enough new investors to absorb the overwhelming supply coming from conversions of preferred shareholders that are getting ready to max out OS. last PR did ZERO in terms of attracting new money. did it increase web traffic to tpacbearings.com? emails to IR@tpacbearings? twitter hits? i dont know. but it hasnt (as of yet) impacted the supply/demand that continues to drive the PPS down.

finally, again, i have stated IR may be brilliant at what they do behind the scenes. i do not know. hopefully they are fully competent in that regard for the sake of all shareholders. however, that does excuse their unprofessional behavior or alienation of a key shareholder base let alone being a major turn off for new investors.
