I spoke for a short time with Craig, QMC’s CFO and he stressed to me that the RS has to meet several criteria first! They first need a contract and revenue. Unless they have those two criteria to get the share price up, and third for it to stay up, they have no intentions of up listing only to have it fail. He gave no indication of either one occurring before the meeting so I can ASSUME a RS will not take place immediately after the shareholders meeting should it be approved. That is my take away from talking with Craig.
The benefits of up listing to a major market that I can remember Craig saying were tied to Banking and getting better financing, analyst coverage and a better pool of investors. The type of tangible assets that add value to the company. How soon would all this take place was the unknown. No crystal balls so the open 1 year time for them to up list.

Here is a write up on the importance of the analyst coverage and a better pool of investors from: http://www.dummies.com/personal-finance/inves...t-to-rise/

Watch professional investors
For most stocks, professional investors who follow the company purchase a portion of the shares. Typically, these traders have greater knowledge about the company and often use high-level analysis when gauging the future share prices.
Institutional investors, such as hedge fund or mutual fund managers, are highly educated about investing and are building their reputation and career on their predictions. You can put more trust in their outlook for the stock than most other investors.
Also, industry or specific company analysts go to great lengths in their research, in order to develop their price targets and expectations. When they predict the shares to double from current prices, whether or not they turn out to be correct, you can assume that they do believe their prediction and have a higher likelihood of being correct than the average person.

Watch the money flows
Money flows into and out of stocks, and that impacts share prices. When dollars are flowing from the sidelines into shares, the net result is generally an increase in the price of the stock. The same holds true in reverse, too: Money flowing out of shares can bring the stock price down.
You can watch the money flows by using some readily available technical analysis indicators, such as Money Flow and On Balance Volume (OBV). Both are available from free analysis websites, including www.bigcharts.com. http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/advchart/fra...mp;state=8
REMEMBER:
When there is an upswing in OBV, or money flows are strongly positive, but there has not yet been any increase in the share price of the underlying stock, share prices are likely to move higher.
Looking at money flow being positive, it looks like we should be moving up…..soon? LOL

Demdots asked if I could you find out if anyone else can buy the same reactor or similar as qmc. The answer was No, they have the rights to it exclusively.

Ipiros asked if I can you find out what’s the status on our partnerships in China? The answer was He has not been privy to what Steve and Toshi are doing. We are going to have to wait for Steve to break the silence and all the longs know from experience that could be a while between PR’s.
