EVERYONE!
In a scenario where QMC has had a Fundamental change to the company that warrants being on the Nasdaq would you vote for RS/Uplist?
1. QMC has Contarct/s in hand to justify market valuation for listing on Nasdaq?
2 QMC has investment banker support, non dilutive funding available ie.. PO funding etc..
3. QMC states that NO Pref Stock will be issued to any insiders. Will be used for institutional investors if at all.
QMC will not move to the Nasdaq without a damn good support base and damn good reason.
ALL the chatter about getting screwed has to be ignored/stopped. That is simply just bullshit at this point.
If QMC wants to screw us they CAN RIGHT NOW! But THEY WON'T!! would have done it without asking.
The chances of organic growth to 4-5 bucks on the OTC is Extremely small, with the games and manipulation.
