Blank check pref= The Board decides what Series' if more than one. As well as conversion to common ratio and Voting rights.
None Outstanding upon incorporating in DELAWARE = They wont exist until AFTER they inc in Del, hence NONE can be outstanding.
Nevada articles dont allow preferred for QMC NOW, = THAT can be changed if they stay in Nevada, Nevada ALLOWS preferred stock u just have to add it to articles of inc.
