I think we are looking at a 15-1 rs if that is qmc's plan for an uplist,my reasoning behind this is even with a contract announcement unless it is huge is not going to move this sp enough . With all this talk about a rs not to many new investors on this exchange are going to buy in. It would take the longs here to invest more to move this along and I don't think that is going to happen. Jmo. the sooner we get off this BS exchange the better. There, i feel better this morning glta.
