Given the number of authorized and outstanding shares. If the stock were to go to $2, QMC's market cap would be $670 million or higher depending on outstanding shares. I don't think QMC will be worth that much for sometime. They will have potential as the market grows, but to get a realistic valuation, we'll need quarterly reports to see profits and cash flow from operations. It'll be sometime before we have that data.
They have the potential right now of about $200 million in revenue at $100 per gram. That will grow as the industry develops and they get larger orders and more reactors. Their profits, I suspect will be around 20-25% early on. Assuming $25 million in profits with a P/E of 30, we have $2.23 per share. That's if $100/gram is accurate and profit margins are high. There's rumors it's less.
