Look up the histories on companies that do reverse splits and you will see why it is the beginning of the death spiral. What is not being said that might want to enter the fray of discussion is that whomever has been providing support over all these many years of no sales or revenue might be backing away and support drying up. Or as is the case in many of these scams it is just a method to sell more paper and draw out the demise a bit longer. Don't get me wrong...I think Quantum Dots has a huge future and tonnage will be needed. This approach seems a bit heavy handed and as Chess mentioned not all the info seems to be disclosed.
