wrt QMC's Business Proposal, I'd like to see the following:
Regarding AS: Current sh at the time of AS increase to 600M shall henceforth receive .05% of their current shares, (at that
time) in any future AS increase.
Regarding RS: Current sh at the time of the RS shall henceforth receive a 1 to 1 ratio of any future AS as well as any
Forward Split, (if any).
They shall also receive 30M shares with the .05% ratio being applied to their current shares at the time the RS went into effect of any future spin-offs in conjunction with any shares offered to sh in general, (if any).
It would be incumbent upon each sh to get proof of ownership at time of.
It also would not include any sh after the fact, (only valid for those at time of).

Personally, I think that may be fair compensation for the LT support
and incentive for some to put continued pressure on sp, (which also helps accomplish a common goal of all).
It would definitely add somewhat to my comfort level and confidence going forward.
